Flare, prescription and admin requests will be read within 3 working days. Medication requests will be actioned within 3 weeks. Please note prescription requests are for Inflammatory Bowel Disease patients only.
The team cannot action other prescription requests. For these, call 01624 650146, select option 2 and leave a message.
For more urgent help, contact your GP. If they're closed, call the Manx Emergency Doctor Service on 01624 650355. In an emergency call 999.
