What would you like help with?

To help us provide the best and safest care for you and your family, we offer online consultations for non-urgent and routine requests during our opening hours (8.00am–6.30pm). Wherever possible, we encourage patients to use our online service for routine queries, as this helps keep our phone lines free for those who need urgent assistance. Our team reviews online requests throughout the day to ensure we continue to provide a safe and effective service. All appointment requests, whether made online or by phone, are clinically triaged, and we aim to respond to medical queries on the same day they are received. Online requests are usually reviewed within 24 working hours. eConsultations are designed for one routine or ongoing issue at a time. If a form includes more than one problem, it will be rejected so we can make sure your concern reaches the right clinician, as different clinicians specialise in different health needs. If you need urgent help during opening hours, please call the practice on 01404 819 207 or contact NHS 111 online. Outside of opening hours, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency, please call 999 or attend A&E. Please don’t use an eConsultation if you are feeling very unwell or need to speak to someone urgently—contact the practice directly instead. eConsultations are also not suitable for infants and toddlers with unexplained rashes, changes in behaviour, vomiting, or diarrhoea, or for preschool children with breathing difficulties, ongoing pain, or signs of serious infection such as a high fever or unusual drowsiness.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
