Welcome to Spring Hill Practice. Your request will be reviewed by a doctor, and we aim to provide you with an outcome to your medical query by 6.30 pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). If you have not heard from us about your medical query by 6.30 pm (Monday-Friday), please call the practice on 020 8806 6993. If your problem is medically urgent, please call and speak to reception. We have a Duty Doctor for urgent medical queries Monday to Friday, 8 am - 6:30 pm. Please allow 48 hours for processing of the administrative queries, including repeat prescriptions. Additionally, patients can use our online self-referral tool to access certain services without needing a GP appointment.
