What would you like help with?
If you have submitted a medical triage form, we will respond to you on the same day with an outcome. Please note the outcome may be advice from the clinical team, self-help advice, referral to the pharmacist, or if clinically necessary an appointment will be booked for you at the practice. The triage team will assess the urgency of your request and an appointment may be on the day, within 3 days, or within 7 days. An appointment may be given at North Chelmsford Healthcare Centre, Sainsbury's 2 White Hart Lane, Chelmsford CM2 5EF, or our branch surgery (opening 10th November 2025), Beaulieu Healthcare Centre, Beaulieu Square, 49 Centenary Way, Chelmsford CM1 6AU. If you have a site preference, you can indicate this on your triage form but we cannot guarantee it due to clinician availability. It is very important to state your availability for all of these timeframes on your triage form. If you do not state times you are not available and an appointment is booked when you cannot attend, you may be asked to complete another triage form. We will try to accommodate your request for assistance but please be aware this may not always be possible. We do not accept repeat prescription requests via this platform. Please see our website for information on how to request your repeat prescription. Please note that all calls to and from the surgery are recorded for training purposes. When medical triage is closed, you can do the following: 1. Ring the surgery on 0300 123 3366 if your request is urgent 2. Contact us via Admin triage for routine matters - response will be within 3 days or sooner 3. Contact us via Systm Connect for routine matters - https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/2/OnlineConsultation?OrgId=Y02611 - response will be within 3 days or sooner 4. Go to a pharmacist. 5. Read the self help and self referral sections of our triage page. Please see our website for 'You and Your Practice'
