Junior doctor strike action is planned 7–13 April. NHS services will be under increased pressure, especially over the bank holiday. You may experience longer waits for routine GP care. Urgent and emergency care will be prioritised. Thank you for your understanding. For non urgent requests, this will be read by a member of the team on the same working day as your request. This form will be triaged by a GP and you will be contacted with an appropriate outcome for your request (PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAILS as this is the first point of contact if you have an email on record). Our receptionists can complete the form over the phone if you are unable to, however we recommend you complete this form with as much detail as possible. PLEASE NOTE AFTER 12PM URGENT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE VIEWED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. Please note that if you contact us while you are abroad, your request will be redirected back to you. GPs are not indemnified to provide medical advice or treatment to patients outside the UK.
