Medical requests will be reviewed by a GP within 4 hours. Please ensure you keep your mobile telephone available to receive a response as you may need to attend at short notice. Please note for pre-existing or ongoing problems you maybe given an appointment up to 7 days in advance. If a telephone consultation has been requested a GP will only try twice, if you miss both calls, you will need to re-submit your request the following working day. Admin and medication queries will be read by a member of the team within 2 working days.
