If a GP considers your issue urgent, you will be offered a same-day emergency appointment, allocated in time order. We may send you a booking link so you can choose a suitable date and  time.

You may receive a phone call to resolve your query or a text message with self-care advice. We aim to respond to all medical requests on the same working day. If you have a preferred clinician, please let us know and we will try to accommodate this where appropriate.

Pharmacy First: Many common conditions can be assessed and treated directly by your local pharmacist without seeing a GP, including earache, impetigo, infected insect bites, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat, and some UTIs (eligibility criteria apply).
