Please provide detailed information to ensure we can triage your request appropriately. If the GP considers your request URGENT, you will be offered an EMERGENCY SAME DAY appointment which are allocated in time order. If you are unable to attend due to other commitments (school / work etc) we will send you a routine link to select a time that is suitable. When submitting a request, you may receive a phone call to deal with your query or a text with self-care advice. For medical queries we will respond the same working day. Please let us know if you have a preferred clinician and we will try to accommodate if appropriate.

The NHS Pharmacy First scheme in England allows you to get advice and prescription-only treatments for seven common conditions directly from a community pharmacist, without needing to see a GP. Most pharmacies offer walk-in or phone consultations with treatment if clinically appropriate.
The service covers seven distinct clinical pathways, subject to age and eligibility criteria:
Earache: For ages 1 to 17.
Impetigo: For ages 1 and over.
Infected insect bites: For ages 1 and over.
Shingles: For ages 18 and over.
Sinusitis: For ages 12 and over.
Sore throat: For ages 5 and over.
Urinary tract infections (UTIs): For women aged 16 to 64
