Your request, this will be reviewed by our triaging team 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday. You will be offered an appointment within the right time frame, the right Clinician and via the right method (face to face, telephone, online). If we assess your request as requiring an on the day appointment, we will contact you by telephone/ text message to book this appointment. Please note if you submit a urgent request, please be available to attend the practice if needed.
