Your Patient Triage request will be passed to a clinician to review. We will contact you within 2 working days either by text or phone or to arrange a face to face appointment. In order to be able to provide same-day care for acute illnesses, some of our urgent appointments are in Hyde Clarendon Mall, with the Healthy Hyde Team. Please advise us on the form if you are unable to travel to Hyde.
