We aim for all medical requests to be triaged by a doctor the same day and actioned appropriately. When the surgery reaches safe capacity for the day, forms can still be submitted but you may need to be re-directed to an appropriate urgent care service. These modifications have been mandated by NHS England and UK Government in the 1st October 2025 GP Contract Changes for which we must comply. By continuing with this process, you consent to be referred to the most appropriate clinician or service. Where a GP appointment is most appropriate, please ensure that you are AVAILABLE to attend the surgery or accept a telephone call on the day of the request, should this be required
