The practice reviews capacity for this service regularly and will adjust it where possible. We aim to balance online access with maintaining in-person and telephone appointments, which our patients have previously identified as a priority.
You can still use this system to:
• book an appointment
• request repeat prescriptions
• request routine care such as smear tests, chronic disease reviews or medication reviews
