This is for routine, NON-URGENT requests.
If your request requires an appointment, you will be contacted to book this. Our routine appointments are currently being booked for approximately 2 weeks time. If you feel your issue needs dealing with more urgently than this, please contact reception by phone. More appointments are released daily at 8am for more urgent need.
For routine appointment requests, we will aim for this to be actioned within 1 working day. For medication and admin requests, we will aim for this to be actioned within 2 working days.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
