When requesting an appointment, please give as much detail as possible about your symptoms. For Medication Reviews, please choose 'Medical Issue'. Your request will be read by a member of the team and we will respond, in most cases, the same day. Any requests sent after 4pm MAY NOT be seen until the next working day.
