You can submit queries online for urgent and routine issues. Once we have received your query, you will usually be sent a short questionnaire about your problem. Your answers will be reviewed by the GP. If your questionnaire is received by us before midday, we aim to get back to you on the same day. Otherwise, it may be dealt with on the next working day. The GP will then provide either an appointment, prescription or advice as appropriate based on your medical need.
