Online Consultations will be available weekdays from 8.00am till 6.30pm for medical queries and admin requests. A clinician will triage from 08.30am and again later in the afternoon, you will then be contacted within 2 working days with the outcome. Once all the Urgent on the day appointments have been filled we may have to signpost urgent requests to NHS 111. In an emergency DO NOT use this form as your request will NOT be seen immediately.
