Medical request

The practice is currently closed so you cannot submit medical requests. You can still submit your non-urgent admin requests such as for a sick note. Please be aware that it will not be reviewed until we are next open. From then, we aim to respond within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
