Because of the time of day, your practice will not be able to process urgent/new ongoing medical requests. Medical Triage will open at 8:00am, alternatively you can check the NHS app for a range of routine online appointments that may be bookable. Medical requests can be submitted again from 8:00am the next working day. If you have a medical issue that is urgent please call the practice on 0161 438 2821 and a member of reception will be happy to assist you. The ADMIN QUERY form will stay open until 6.30pm for any admin queries such as letters, medication requests, sick notes etc.
