We regret that we are unable to safely process any further urgent/same day medical requests today. We remain open for all routine care requests, which can be submitted below. We will be able to accept urgent medical requests again from 8am on the next working day. Alternatively you can check the NHS app for a range of routine online appointments that may be bookable. If you have a medical issue that is urgent please call the practice on 0161 438 2821 and a member of reception will be happy to assist you. The ADMIN QUERY form will stay open until 6.30pm for any routine queries. Please do not use the admin form to submit any urgent/same day medical requests.
