Any requests submitted using the 'I have a health problem' option will be reviewed on the same day you submit them. The Triage Team will contact you with a triage decision and will allocate an appropriate appointment, which may include: • A same-day GP telephone appointment • A same-day GP face to face appointment • A routine GP appointment • A routine telephone appointment • Signposting to other services.
