Whilst we aim to address requests within two working days, at times of high demand this may take longer. If your reason is urgent for today please telephone the Practice for an appointment and inform them that you have also submitted an online request form so that the online request can be cancelled.
For emergencies such as chest pain or difficulty in breathing, please call 111 or 999.
Patient triage services are available outside of regular hours; however, the surgery will not review requests until the following working day.
