On the day appointments - If you need an appointment today, please submit your triage form (I have a health problem) before 12 noon. After 12 noon please call the practice directly on 01257 444960 to discuss your care needs.
Routine appointments - For non-urgent health issues or general requests, please complete the I have an admin or routine care request form. This helps us direct your query to right team as quickly as possible.
You will be contacted within one working day once your form has been reviewed by a clinician. Your query will be prioritised by clinical need.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
