Once we have received your request a GP will triage your request and you will be contacted to book an appointment. Please allow up to 5 working days for a member of staff to contact you to book a future appointment. If the GP reviews your triage request as urgent you will be contacted within 24 hours.
If you submit an ADMIN REQUEST (e.g. FIT (sick) note, recent tests, prescription request etc.) then this will be looked at initially by the practice admin team and will not be triaged by a clinician in the first instance like a MEDICAL REQUEST.
For any Nurse or HCA appointments for bloods or Annual chronic disease reviews please call the surgery to book these appointments.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
