Urgent clinical requests must be sent between 5am and 12 noon (Mon to Fri). DO NOT SEND URGENT CLINICAL REQUESTS AFTER 12 NOON, AS THEY WILL NOT BE DEALT WITH UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY. If your condition becomes urgent after 12 noon, call the surgery on 01257 442524. Non-urgent clinical requests must be submitted between 5am and 12 noon (Mon - Fri), otherwise they will not be dealt with until the next working day. If you submit a non-urgent request after 12 noon, it will be dealt with the next working day (Mon to Fri).
