Your request will be reviewed by our Care Co-ordinators and Doctors, with urgent problems being dealt with on the same day and routine problems being dealt with within 48 hours. There is no need to phone the Practice to see if we have received your request. Please note if your request is submitted to us after 5pm, it will be dealt with the following working day.
