Triage forms should be used for all requests including urgent requests. Submitted forms are triaged by a GP on the day submitted. If your form is triaged by the doctor as urgent, you will be contacted on the same day. If your request is assessed as routine, we will let you know the current waiting time for routine appointments (3-10 working days). If you miss the doctor's call, they will try again.
