Please note we can't guarantee a same-day appointment for you and you may be signposted to another relevant service. We will attempt to contact you twice before we close the request and assume you do not want our support, so please keep your phone on loud next to you. To help the clinical team triage your request, please include as much detail as possible. Please note, all medical requests are prioritised according to their level of urgency and clinical safety not demand. Requests received after 5pm will not be viewed until the next working day (Mon-Fri).
