We are currently experiencing a very high demand through our online medical triage system therefore we have paused online medical triage requests , so we can catch up and deal with demand in a safe way. If you need urgent advice please call us on 01270 275990 or visit/call NHS 111. The online admin triage system is still available for any admin queries and routine appointments such as smear tests, nurse reviews and medication reviews.
Online health requests are reviewed within one working day. If you have an urgent query please telephone the practice. After this time, if you need a doctor in an emergency please call 999. If you need urgent advice please call 111. Online admin or routine care requests will be reviewed within two working days.
Online enquiries will be available again on Wednesday, 28 October at 08:00 AM.
