This service is open from 8am to 6:30pm every weekday. Your request will be reviewed and responded to by a member of the team on the same working day and actioned appropriately. Please submit only one medical issue per form, as this allows for a focused assessment of each problem, ensuring that the most appropriate course of action. A member of the reception team will be in contact if an appointment with the most appropriate clinician or service is deemed necessary after triage. By continuing with this process, you consent to be referred to the most appropriate clinician or service. Please ensure you are AVAILABLE to come in or take a call on the day of the request if we need you too. Please note NHS regulations DO NOT allow us to provide medical advice to patients abroad.
