Your request will be reviewed by a clinician between the hours of 0800-1530 on weekdays. An action will be communicated to you either by email, SMS or by phone call. Please be aware that due to high volume we will no longer be sending messages to confirm when prescriptions are ready. You can check online via the NHS app or with your pharmacy if needed. The standard timeframe of 2 working days has not changed.
