ALL REQUESTS FOR APPOINTMENTS ARE TRIAGED ACCORDING TO CLINICAL NEED. *Urgent* clinical requests should be made in person or via telephone 8.00am & 6.30pm Monday-Friday -(not on bank holidays). You will be asked to complete a triage form, in order to help our Duty Doctor to give the most appropriate option for the presenting medical issue. Routine health issues will be reviewed on the working day they are received, & you should know on that day how your presenting issue will be managed by us, which could involve, for example, arranging an appointment for you on another day, or signposting to another appropriate service

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
