You can submit requests between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday—during our core hours. 📅 Appointment Requests & Triage Your request will be reviewed and responded to by a member of the team on the same working day. If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999 To help us triage your request safely and efficiently, we recommend submitting your e-Consult as early as possible (8am onwards) ⏰ Requests submitted after 6:00 PM should be for routine or non-urgent matters.
