Any request will be triaged and actioned within one working day (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm). These requests are not looked at outside of these hours. This service is for ROUTINE requests only. Do NOT use this service for URGENT requests as we can not guarantee an immediate response. If you feel your request is URGENT then please call reception or 111 if out of normal hours. Do NOT use this for repeat medication requests, please use the NHS app for these. Please consider if your condition can be managed by the Pharmacy First scheme. Conditions that can be treated as part of Pharmacy First are: Earache (aged 1 to 17 years), Impetigo (aged 1 year and over), Infected insect bites (aged 1 year and over), Shingles (aged 18 years and over), Sinusitis (aged 12 years and over), Sore throat (aged 5 years and over) and Urinary tract infections or UTIs (women aged 16 to 64 years).
