Your request will be read and responded by a member of the team on the same working day, provided its submitted during surgery opening hours of Monday-Friday 8 am - 6.30 pm. If a pharmacy has submitted a prescription request on your behalf, please note this will be rejected. As our patient, please kindly submit a request yourself using the triage link.
