If your request is submitted during our core hours (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), we’ll review it and send you a text the same day to let you know what happens next. If your request is made outside of our core hours, we’ll respond on the next working day. If your situation requires a same-day GP appointment, please call the practice between: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, or 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) to be put through to our GP Line. If your need is more urgent and you cannot wait until these times, please call the practice immediately.
