What would you like help with?
Online Consultations are for NON-URGENT matters only.
Your Online Consultation will be reviewed within our opening hours (08:00-18:30 Mon-Fri), and actioned as soon as possible. We aim to deal with all requests within one working day.
FOR MEDICAL REQUESTS: If your problem will likely need a physical examination (for example related to your chest, joints, abdominal pain) then please book a face-to-face appointment rather than use this service, unless you have been advised to do so by our Reception Team. Using this service may delay getting appropriate care.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
