Online Consultations can be submitted Monday - Friday from 8:00am until 6:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. If it is out of these hours, we are unable to accept Online Consultations. Online Consultations can be submitted to request GP appointments, prescription requests, admin matter etc. Requests for a Nurse/HCA appointment should still be done via telephone on 01926 293711. Your request will be read and reviewed within core hours and will be actioned within an appropriate time frame, depending on the nature of your request. We may need to contact you to request further information. Please only submit information regarding one patient on each request.
