Online Admin or Routine Care Requests (e.g. fit notes, test results, routine appointment requests) is open 8am-6.30pm, except for weekends, bank holidays and training days, and will be reviewed within one working day. Our Online Medical Consultation (e.g. non urgent appointment requests, medication queries, etc) is available Monday to Friday 8am-3.30pm.
