Please be aware that this Patient Triage Service is only operational week days between the hours of 07:30-18:30. This service does not operate during the weekend, bank holidays and occasionally during staff training. If your request is urgent and submitted after 17:00 please call the surgery and speak to one of our receptionists. The next staff training will take place on Thursday 13th March 2026. Patient Triage for this date will only be operational from 7:30 - 12:30.
