The online form is available to submit non-urgent requests between 07:00 and 18:30 on days which the practice is open. You should not submit any urgent requests via this means and instead contact reception by phone or in-person. You will be notified the same day how you request will be dealt with but this does not guarantee you will be seen the same day.
