Your request will be subject to our usual triage process (Monday- Friday 8am-6.30pm) to ensure that you see the most appropriate member of the practice team. If your condition changes whilst waiting for feedback from the surgery, please call 01386 761111 to speak to a member of staff. Out of normal working hours (Weekends and Bank Holidays), your request will be viewed on the next working day.
