Online consultation requests are for non-urgent matters only. If you have submitted an urgent request, please phone the practice on 01905 772389 or 999 if your symptoms are life-threatening. Your request will be read and reviewed / triaged today and will be actioned within an appropriate time frame, depending on the nature of your request. We may need to contact you to request further information. If you have requested a repeat prescription, it will be ready/sent to the Pharmacy of your choice after 3 working days. If you have requested a FIT/sick note, it will be ready within 5 working days. If you have submitted a medication query, it will be responded to by our team within 5 working days. If you wish to request an appointment please select the Medical Issue option, and we will send a suitable booking link or signpost to the appropriate service. We are closed on a Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays however you can still submit requests which will be reviewed/triaged on the next working day
