Online consultation requests are for non-urgent matters only. If you have submitted an urgent request, please phone the practice on 01905 772389 or 999 if your symptoms are life-threatening. Your request will be read and reviewed / triaged today and will be actioned within an appropriate time frame, depending on the nature of your request. We may need to contact you to request further information. If you have requested a repeat prescription, it will be ready/sent to the Pharmacy of your choice in 3 working days. If you have requested a FIT/sick note, it will be ready in 5 working days. If you have submitted a medication query, it will be responded to by our team within 5 working days. If you wish to request an appointment please select the Medical Issue option, and we will send a suitable booking link or signpost to the appropriate service. All requests are screened the day they are received and will be dealt with within an appropriate timeframe based on thee nature of the request. We are closed on a Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays, however you can still submit non-urgent requests which will be screened on the next working day. .
