Your request will be read and reviewed today and will be actioned within an appropriate time frame, depending on the nature of your request. We may need to contact you to request further information. If you have requested a repeat prescription, it will be ready and sent to the pharmacy of your choice within 3 working days. If you have requested a fit (sick) note, it will be ready within 2 working days. If you have submitted a medication query, it will be responded to via text message or a telephone call within 2 working days.
