Your request will be subject to our usual triage process to ensure that you see the most appropriate member of the practice addresses your concern. If there is an emergency please call 111 or 999; should your condition change whilst awaiting feedback from the Surgery please consider calling on 01386 444400 to speak to a member of staff. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm. Please do not attach any photographs at this stage. If photographs are thought to be helpful in order to answer your query then we will notify you.
