This service is available weekdays from 8am – 6:30pm for routine enquiries. We aim to respond within 2 working days and will prioritise requests by clinical need. If you would like a reply from a specific GP and are happy to wait until they are available, please include this in your request. We do receive a number of queries for minor medical ailments and we would advise all our patients to consider whether your issue can be dealt with another way – online via the www.nhs.uk, by visiting a local pharmacy or in the case of a minor injury by a local Minor Injuries Unit (MIU). All the incoming requests are reviewed by an experienced GP and if they feel self-care or an alternative provider is more suitable then you will be advised accordingly. Thank you.
