Our online Consultation System is currently closed. If your problem is URGENT, please contact NHS 111, otherwise, please submit your online consultation when we reopen.

Langport Surgery does not monitor the online consultation requests outside of working hours, 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. This service must not be used for any urgent problems as requests are no longer monitored on the same day. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. If you have not had a response to your request within 3 working days, please call reception on 01458 250464. (Please note we are closed on Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays)
