Online requests will be read by a member of the medical team within 2 working days. Please avoid duplication where possible. If you are completing an online request for an urgent on the same day issue, please answer your phone so that we can contact you to book a same day appointment, and also be available to attend the appointment offered. If you are contacting the practice for an urgent on the day request and it is after 4.30 pm, please telephone the surgery as your online request may not be read today.
