Welcome to Chillington Health Centre's online service. Requests for GP appointments/advice should be via this service. You can complete a request for yourself or for someone else but please note we may not be able to discuss another person's healthcare directly with you. We will usually aim to respond to your message on the same working day. In exceptional circumstances it may be the following working day. The service is open between 8am and 6:30pm but if you have an urgent request after 4pm please call the surgery on 01548 580214 as your message may not be seen until the next working day.
