Your request will be read by a member of the team within 24 hours (Mon to Friday) and will be assigned to the relevant clinician or workstream to respond in an appropriate timescale. If it is felt you need an appointment on the same day you will be contacted. Do not also telephone the surgery or email after submitting your message, we will respond to you directly.
