For your convenience our Accurx forms are open for submission from 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. We will review requests between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm and respond within one working day. If you feel your medical concern needs a same day response, especially if an appointment may be needed, we request that you submit your form as early as possible and ideally before 12.00pm to allow allocation of available appointments. If we have reached unsafe capacity levels we may need to redirect later appointment requests to 111 or A&E for safe assessment.
