The practice has exceeded safe working capacity and we are unable to safely and accurately clinically assess you request to determine its true urgency and risk. Therefore, in interests of safety, we advise you contact 111 so your condition can be safely assessed. If 111 deem your request to be routine and redirect you back to us then you will be added to our waiting list and someone from the practice will be in touch in due course once appropriate documentation is received from 111.
