Welcome to Devon Square Surgery's online service.
All requests for GP appointments/advice should be via this service. You can complete a request for yourself or for someone else but please note we may not be able to discuss another person's healthcare directly with you.
If you have difficulty using the service, please call 01626 332182 and a member of our Reception team will run through the form with you.
We will respond to clinical requests within 24 working hours, usually on the same working day. Administrative requests are available 24/7 and so will be responded to within an appropriate timeframe in the usual working week.
Please note that all calls to and from the Surgery are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. This includes telephone appointments with our clinicians.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
