To ensure the best, safe care for you and your family, this practice accepts non-urgent/routine online consultations requests or queries during opening hours (8am – 6.30pm). We would encourage patients to use the online service for non - urgent / routine requests where possible, as this will reduce the demand on our phone lines. Please note our capacity to triage online requests will be reviewed throughout the day to ensure we continue to provide a safe and effective service. For urgent help during opening hours, you should call the practice on 01404 548 544 or call or visit NHS 111 online. If it’s outside of practice opening hours (8am – 6.30pm), visit NHS 111 online, or call 111. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. We aim to respond to all medical queries and requests on the same day they are submitted. Whether you contact us by phone or online, all appointment requests will be triaged and booked by our duty GP team.
